L-Theanine - a triple combination of theanine, inositol and taurine

L-Theanine is the amino acid theanine in the form of lozenges. Teanine is naturally found in Chinese tea plant (Camellia sinensis). The tablets are also enriched with inositol and taurine in free form. Inositol is commonly found in foods, such as fruits, but also in the human body, and is incorrectly considered to be vitamin B8. Taurine is an amino acid that can be commonly found in the human body, such as muscles and the brain, and is involved in the formation of bile salts. You will receive 100 mg of theanine, 100 mg of inositol and 100 mg of taurine per dose. Lozenges can be also taken by vegans.

Composition

Xylitol, sorbitol, microcrystalline cellulose, hydroxypropylcellulose, stearic acid (plant source), natural flavors, silica, malic acid, organic extracts from Stevia leaves (enzyme modified Steviol glycolides), magnesium stearate (plant source) and beetroot powder.         

                        

Dosage

Chew 1 tablet 1 to 3 times a day as needed, preferably on an empty stomach.
