I have been taking this product for a year now, of course on training days I take it half an hour before training and 3 grains because it contains 3000mg L carnitine. And on rest days, one in the morning and one in the evening, then 2000 mg. It is very effective with a diet, you don't have to expect a miracle from it, it helps if someone follows a diet that would make them lose weight even without it. It works: it transports long-chain fatty acids and triglycerides into the mitochondria of muscle cells, so the fats become energy, but this requires a small intake of carbohydrates, max. 100 grams per day, also in the morning hours.
