Recommended Use

For each serving, mix 2 scoops (35 g) of isotonic drink powder with 500 ml of water. To achieve optimal solubility, first pour water into a glass, shaker or drinking bottle and then add the powder. Mix or shake well. Use a maximum of one serving per day.
