Iron Complex is spectrum of iron, vitamin C, B12, folic acid, organic Dong Quai and raspberry leaf

Iron Complex are tablets containing the mixture of vitamin B12 and C, folic acid, iron, organic Dong Quai and raspberry leaf. Vitamin B12 is useful for functioning of immunity, reduction of fatigue and exhaustion, metabolism of homocysteine and red blood cells production. Vitamin C contributes to cell protection against oxidative stress, increases iron absorption, as well as supports the regeneration of reduced form of vitamin E. In addition, it supports optimal collagen production and proper functioning of blood vessels and functioning of nervous system.

Folic acid is useful for the growth of germinal tissues during pregnancy and plays a role in the process of cell division. Also it contributes to blood production or amino acid synthesis. Iron is mineral that contributes to cognitive functions, production of red blood cells and hemoglobine or proper oxygen transfer in the body. A part of the mixture is also roof of organic Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis), that is used in traditional Chinese medicine and raspberry leaf. Tablets are suitable also for vegans.

Composition

Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), folic acid, iron (from Ferrochel® Iron Bisglycinate), organic Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis) (groundnut / root) , red raspberry (Rubus idaeus) (leaf).

Cellulose, stearic acid (plant source), croscalmellose sodium, silica, magnesium stearate (plant source) and coating material.       

Dosage

Take 1 tablet daily with food.
