Intra Workout is a formula for use during training with 10 carefully selected active ingredients. It contains BCAA in a ratio of 2:1:1, beta-alanine, citrulline and caffeine, which contributes to the reduction of perceived exertion during exercise. BCAAs improve physical fitness, help to prolong training, and of course, promote muscle regeneration and protection. A high dose of citrulline malate provides a feeling of pumping up from the first training set. Coconut powder in powder form is rich in valuable electrolytes - it perfectly hydrates the body, is a source of vitamins B, vitamin C and contains other essential vitamins and minerals.

Composition

BCAA (L-leucine, L-isoleucine, L-valine), citrulline malate, beta-alanine, taurine, tyrosine, coconut powder, caffeine, acidity regulators: malic acid, citric acid; coloring: red beet extract, aroma, anti-caking agents: silica, calcium phosphate; thickening agent: xanthan gum, sweetening agents: sucralose, acesulfame potassium.

 

Dosing

Mix 1 dose of 20 g (1.5 scoops) in 450-570 ml of water and take it during exercise. Do not exceed 1 dose of drink per day.
