It also occurs in smaller amounts naturally in our body, where it is formed in muscle cells during the breakdown of leucine. Its primary function is to stimulate protein synthesis, which ensures the production of proteins. These are the basic building blocks of muscle tissue, which is involved in the growth and maintenance of muscle mass. One gelatin capsule already contains up to 500 mg of pure HMB, which prevents muscle breakdown.

Composition
1 gelatin capsule contains: 500 mg Calcium hydroxymethylbutyrate (HMB), anti-caking agent magnesium stearate, silica.
Dosing
Training days: take 3 capsules 20-30 minutes before a training and another 3 capsules immediately after a training.
Non-training days: take 3 capsules before breakfast and another 3 capsules before dinner.
