Granola box – crunchy mixture rich in fiber, protein and complex carbohydrates

Granola box is a mix of whole-grain oats. Because of that, it can be considered a great source of complex carbohydrates and fibre. However, the content of other macronutrients is not left behind either. The product has minimum of 15.6 grams of protein per 100 g (depending on the flavour). The benefit of the mixture is further increased due to the content of seven B group vitamins. 

Granola is great for breakfast, but also as a snack. You can eat it straight from the box when you feel like snacking on something healthy, or add it to yogurt, milk, or cream cheese. Vegans can enjoy it as well.

Peanut crunch: whole-grain oat flakes (45%), sugar, extruded cereal (rice flour, wheat gluten, sugar, salt), roasted peanuts (8%) (chopped in half), sunflower oil, glucose syrup, whole-grain wheat flakes, wheat gluten, grated coconut, caramelized sugar syrup, vitamins (niacin (B3), vitamin E, pantothenic acid (B5), vitamin B6, riboflavin (B2), thiamine (B1), folic acid (B9), vitamin B12), natural flavour, an antioxidant (extract rich in tocopherol).
