Directions
The individual tolerances vary. Make sure you are fine at each stage before increasing your dosage. Take it 30 to 60 minutes before the two biggest meals during the day (eg. breakfast and lunch). Do not exceed 4 capsules within 24 hours. Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day. Do not take 5 hours before bedtime.
