Essential amino acids include valine, leucine, isoleucine, phenylalanine, tryptophan, lysine, metionine and treonine. Our body uses them for protein synthesis, which contributes to maintenance and growth of muscle mass, and supports bone health. With EAA Xtra Instant, a 100 kg person will cover 100% of the recommended daily intake of mentioned amino acids.
EAA Xtra Instant also contains wide range of B vitamins, such as vitamin B1, B2, B6 or B12. Vitamin B12 also contributes to proper functioning of the nervous system and psyche.

L-leucine, L-lysine hydrochloride, acidity regulator - citric acid, L-valine, L-isoleucine, L-phenylalanine, L-treonine, L-methionine, L-tryptophan, flavours, sweeteners: acesulfame K and sucralose, vitamins (nicotinamide, calcium D-pantothenate, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavine, thiamine mononitrate, pteroylmonoglutamic acid, D-biotine, cyanocobalamine), colours: cochineal red (melon, raspberry-strawberry, mango blackberry) - may have an adverse effect on activity and focus of the children, carmine (mango blackberry), brilliant blue (mango blackberry).
Suggested use
Mix 1 scoop of the product in 250 ml of water. Take 2 x a day, ideally during and after the workout.
