It is enriched with 14 essential vitamins and minerals, including six B vitamins, antioxidant vitamins A, C, and E, as well as zinc and magnesium to support muscles and bones. It also includes the digestive enzymes DigeZyme® and the probiotic bacteria Lactospore®, which contribute to better digestion and absorption of nutrients. You can also combine it with protein if your goal is to consume a nutritious meal before or after your workout.

You can achieve a rich, thick consistency by adding one scoop to 150 ml of water or milk. Stir thoroughly, put in the microwave for 30 seconds, and enjoy its great taste! It is also great when combined with protein, so you can enjoy a valuable and nutritionally balanced meal replacement at any time of the day. To supplement healthy fats, we recommend adding a handful of flax seeds, nuts, or a tablespoon of nut butter to the porridge.
White rice flour (98%), natural flavouring, a mixture of vitamins and minerals (magnesium oxide, ascorbic acid, iron ferrate, DL-alpha-Tocopherol, nicotinamide, vitamin A acetate, zinc oxide, pyridoxine HCl, vitamin D3, thiamine HCl, riboflavin, Vitamin B12, Folic acid, Potassium iodide), Digezyme® (amylase, protease, cellulase, beta-D-galactosidase, lipase), sweetener (sucralose), LactoSpore® (Bacillus Coagulans).
Add one large measuring cup (50 g) to 150 ml of water. If you use milk instead of water, your porridge will have a creamy consistency. We recommend adding a scoop of protein powder or a gainer to achieve a high protein and carbohydrate content. Stir thoroughly and pour into a bowl suitable for heating in a microwave oven. Heat at maximum power (750 - 900 W) at 30-second intervals. Stir every 30 seconds and consume at any time.
