Suggested use

Mix 1-2 measuring spoons (1 measuring spoon carries 4 g of powder) with 125-250 ml of water. Take 30 minutes before training. To test for your personal tolerance, it is recommended that you begin using the product mixing only 1 measuring spoon with 125-250 ml of water. The dosage can be then increased according to your personal preferences and tolerance.
