Citrulline malate is a nonessential amino acid (the organism can produce it) that transforms in the kidneys into arginine and nitric oxide (NO). That widens the vessels and thanks to that decreases the blood pressure and increases the blood flow. Besides that, nitric oxide supports certain hormone excretion, for example, the growth hormone and insulin. Malate form means that citrulline is a bound salt of malic acid. One dose contains up to 5 g of 100% citrulline malate.

Usage

We recommend using 3 - 5 g of the product (1 - 1 and a 2/3 of the black measuring cup), 1 - 2 x a day. The first portion is best consumed in the morning and the second 30 - 45 minutes before training or workout. Mix well with the required amount of water or juice.
