Composition

Blue raspberry flavour: L-Citrulline DL-malate, micronized creatine monohydrate, Oxystorm® red spinach extract (Amaranthus hypochondriacus) (štandardized on nitrates), CarnoSyn® Beta-alanine, betaine water-free, Nitrosigine® (arginine silicate inositol), arginine-alpha-ketoglutarate, taurine, anti-caking agents (silicon dioxide and calcium phosphate), arómas, polydextrose, N-acetyl L-tyrosine, caffeine water-free, sweetings (acesulfame potassium and sucralose), trisodium citrate, Rhodiola rosea extract, vitamins (ascorbic acid, folic acid, nikotinamid, pyridoxine hydrochloride, methylcobalamin), dye (E133), cocoa extract (Theobroma cacao), Ginseng extract (Panax ginseng).

Dosing

Mix one dose (22 g) with 200 - 250 ml of water and use 20 -  30 minutes before training.
