Ano, opravdu to nen\u00ed tak, jak se o bramborech traduje. <\/span><b>Nejde o sacharidovou bombu, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ale naopak o pom\u011brn\u011b <\/span><b>n\u00edzkokalorickou potravinu, <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">kter\u00e1 obsahuje pouze zhruba <\/span><b>p\u011btinu sacharid\u016f <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">v porovn\u00e1n\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad s r\u00fd\u017e\u00ed nebo p\u0161enic\u00ed.
