Coupez le reste des asperges <strong>en morceaux plus petits<\/strong> ; vous pouvez en garder quelques-unes, les plus jolies, pour la d\u00e9coration finale. <strong>Lavez le courgette et coupez<\/strong>-le en gros morceaux. <strong>\u00c9pluchez la carotte et coupez<\/strong>-la en petits d\u00e9s. Comme elle est plus dure que le courgette, elle a besoin de morceaux plus petits pour cuire au m\u00eame rythme. Enfin, <strong>\u00e9pluchez l&#8217;oignon et l&#8217;ail, et hachez<\/strong> finement les deux. Dans une casserole, faites chauffer <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\"><strong>l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive<\/strong><\/a> \u00e0 feu moyen. Ajoutez l&#8217;oignon hach\u00e9 et <strong>faites-le revenir pendant environ 3 \u00e0 5 minutes<\/strong>, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il ramollisse et devienne translucide. Ensuite, <strong>ajoutez l&#8217;ail<\/strong> et, en remuant constamment, <strong>faites-le revenir pendant une minute<\/strong>, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il lib\u00e8re son parfum. Attention \u00e0 ne pas laisser l&#8217;ail brunir, car cela pourrait rendre la soupe am\u00e8re. <\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>\u00c0 la base de oignons et d&#8217;ail saut\u00e9s, ajoutez <strong>du concombre en d\u00e9s, de la c\u00e9leri et de l&#8217;asperge<\/strong>. Faites ensuite revenir l\u00e9g\u00e8rement tous les l\u00e9gumes ensemble pendant quelques minutes. Ensuite, versez environ <strong>un demi-litre d&#8217;eau ou de bouillon de l\u00e9gumes<\/strong> et portez le m\u00e9lange \u00e0 \u00e9bullition. Couvrez la casserole et laissez mijoter \u00e0 feu doux pendant environ <strong>15 minutes<\/strong>. Faites simplement cuire jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce que <strong>tous les l\u00e9gumes, en particulier les morceaux d&#8217;asperge les plus durs, soient compl\u00e8tement tendres<\/strong>.
