Questa <strong>crema di verdure<\/strong>, dalla<strong> consistenza vellutata<\/strong>, \u00e8 incredibilmente facile da preparare. Taglia gli asparagi rimanenti <strong>a pezzi pi\u00f9 piccoli<\/strong>; puoi tenere da parte alcune punte pi\u00f9 belle per la guarnizione finale. <strong>Lava le zucchine e tagliale<\/strong> a pezzi pi\u00f9 grandi. <strong>Pela la carota e tagliala<\/strong> a piccoli cubetti. Essendo pi\u00f9 dura delle zucchine, si consiglia di tagliarla in pezzi pi\u00f9 piccoli per far si che abbiano tempi di cottura simili. Infine, <strong>pela la cipolla e l&#8217;aglio<\/strong>, e<strong> trita finemente<\/strong> entrambi. In una pentola, scalda l&#8217;<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/olio-extravergine-di-oliva-bio-vanavita.html\"><strong>olio extravergine d&#8217;oliva<\/strong><\/a> a fuoco medio. Aggiungi la cipolla tritata e lascia <strong>soffriggere per circa 3\u20135 minuti<\/strong>, finch\u00e9 non si ammorbidisce e diventa traslucida. Poi, <strong>aggiungi l&#8217;aglio<\/strong> e, mescolando continuamente, <strong>soffriggi per un altro minuto<\/strong>, finch\u00e9 non sprigiona il suo profumo. Fai attenzione a non far bruciare l&#8217;aglio, perch\u00e9 potrebbe rendere la zuppa amara. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Alla base soffritta di cipolle e aglio, aggiungi le <strong>zucchine a cubetti<\/strong>, il<strong> sedano<\/strong> e gli<strong> asparagi<\/strong>. Poi, fai soffriggere leggermente tutte le verdure per qualche minuto. Successivamente, versa circa <strong>mezzo litro di acqua o brodo vegetale<\/strong> e porta il composto a ebollizione. Copri la pentola con un coperchio e Lascia sobbollire a fuoco basso per circa <strong>15 minuti<\/strong>. Cuoci semplicemente fino a quando <strong>tutte le verdure<\/strong>, in particolare le parti pi\u00f9 dure degli asparagi, non saranno<strong> completamente tenere<\/strong>. Durante la cottura, ricorda di insaporire la zuppa a tuo gusto con <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/sale-marino-celtico-gymbeam.html\"><strong>sale<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>e <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.it\/pepe-quattro-colori-in-grani-bio-gymbeam.html\"><strong>pepe<\/strong><\/a>. Una volta che le verdure sono tenere, togli la pentola dal fuoco e lascia raffreddare leggermente la zuppa, per evitare di bruciarsi quando la si frulla. Quindi, utilizza un frullatore a immersione per <strong>ottenere una crema liscia e omogenea<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Rimetti la zuppa, ormai omogenea, sul fornello, <strong>aggiungi la panna<\/strong> e poi scaldala brevemente. \u00c8 davvero importante che la zuppa non arrivi a ebollizione in questa fase, perch\u00e9 la panna potrebbe coagulare. Se la panna, dopo essere stata frullata, risulta troppo densa, puoi semplicemente diluirla con un po&#8217; d&#8217;acqua. Servi la zuppa calda.
