Mais si vous ne vous souciez pas de petits morceaux, vous n&#8217;\u00eates pas oblig\u00e9 de le mixer. Ensuite, pr\u00e9parez le <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/rice\"><b><strong>riz<\/strong><\/b><\/a> comme indiqu\u00e9 et mettez-le de c\u00f4t\u00e9. Par la suite, nettoyez les <b><strong>\u00e9chalotes et l&#8217;ail<\/strong><\/b> et hachez-les finement. <\/p>\nNext, <b><strong>coupez les blancs de poulet<\/strong><\/b> en petits morceaux, assaisonnez-les avec du sel et du poivre noir, et <b><strong>nettoyez<\/strong><\/b> et coupez les <b><strong>champignons<\/strong><\/b>. Vaporisez une po\u00eale avec un <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/canola-cooking-spray-gymbeam.html\"><b><strong>spray d&#8217;huile<\/strong><\/b><\/a> et faites revenir les \u00e9chalotes jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;elles soient dor\u00e9es. Remuez et laissez mijoter ensemble pendant un certain temps. Ajoutez ensuite la <b><strong>fromage blanc mix\u00e9 et l&#8217;\u00e9dam r\u00e2p\u00e9<\/strong><\/b> au m\u00e9lange.
