Ensuite, travaillez la p\u00e2te \u00e0 la main jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te lisse et non collante. Si elle devient trop collante, saupoudrez-la d&#8217;un peu de farine. Si elle s&#8217;\u00e9miette, <strong>ajoutez un peu plus de lait<\/strong>. Mettez la p\u00e2te au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur <strong>pour qu&#8217;elle repose pendant environ 15 minutes<\/strong>.
