La base est enrichie de pur\u00e9e de potiron, assurant un maximum de douceur et d&#8217;humidit\u00e9. Accompagn\u00e9e d&#8217;une garniture cr\u00e9meuse parfaitement \u00e9quilibr\u00e9e, elle cr\u00e9e une combinaison irr\u00e9sistible. Coupez le potimarron, retirez les graines, et faites-le cuire au four, peau vers le haut, jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;il soit tendre \u00e0 <strong>180\u00b0C<\/strong>, ce qui prendra environ 40 minutes. Une fois cuit, pelez le potimarron et mixez la chair jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une pur\u00e9e lisse. C&#8217;est cette pur\u00e9e que nous utiliserons. <\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Ensuite, nous pouvons commencer \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer la <strong>p\u00e2te<\/strong>. Battez les <strong>\u0153ufs avec<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-cane-sugar-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>le sucre<\/strong><\/a> jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils forment une <strong>mousse \u00e9paisse et l\u00e9g\u00e8re<\/strong>. <\/p>\nEnsuite, incorporez d\u00e9licatement l&#8217;<a>huile<\/a>, <strong>et la pur\u00e9e de potiron<\/strong>, puis m\u00e9langez soigneusement la <a>farine de bl\u00e9 entier<\/a>, <strong>et la<\/strong> <a>farine de spelt fine<\/a><strong>,<\/strong> <a>la levure chimique<\/a>, <a>la cannelle<\/a>, <strong>et les clous de girofle moulus<\/strong>.\nNous versons la p\u00e2te dans un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau (le n\u00f4tre avait un diam\u00e8tre de 20 cm) et cuissons \u00e0 <strong>180\u00b0C pendant 30 minutes<\/strong>. Pour v\u00e9rifier si c&#8217;est cuit, ins\u00e9rez un cure-dent : s&#8217;il en ressort propre, c&#8217;est pr\u00eat. Sinon, faites cuire <strong>pendant encore 5 \u00e0 10 minutes<\/strong>.
