Cela prendra environ <strong>2 \u00e0 3 heures<\/strong>. Une fois cuite, filtrez le bouillon de la viande, que nous utiliserons ensuite pour la sauce.\nDans une autre casserole, faites revenir le <strong>carotte, la panais et l&#8217;oignon<\/strong> finement hach\u00e9s et nettoy\u00e9s dans <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-extra-virgin-olive-oil-vanavita.html\"><strong>l&#8217;huile<\/strong><\/a> jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 ce qu&#8217;ils soient translucides.
