Ses ingr\u00e9dients \u00e9quilibr\u00e9s en font un excellent plat, aussi bien pour le d\u00e9jeuner que pour le d\u00eener. Outre les l\u00e9gumes, tels que les tomates, la laitue iceberg et les haricots, elle contient \u00e9galement des pommes de terre, qui aident \u00e0 reconstituer vos glucides complexes. Et quel bon repas serait complet sans prot\u00e9ines ? Une fois qu&#8217;elles sont cuites, coupez-les en quatre. <strong>Faites cuire les \u0153ufs durs<\/strong> (placez les \u0153ufs \u00e0 temp\u00e9rature ambiante dans de l&#8217;eau bouillante et faites-les cuire pendant 10 minutes). Ensuite, laissez-les refroidir dans de l&#8217;eau glac\u00e9e, pelez-les et coupez-les en quatre.<\/p>\nFaites bouillir les <strong>haricots surgel\u00e9s<\/strong> dans de l&#8217;eau chaude et sal\u00e9e pendant environ <strong>10 minutes<\/strong>, puis <strong>raissez-les refroidir<\/strong> dans de l&#8217;eau glac\u00e9e et <strong>m\u00e9langez-les<\/strong> avec les pommes de terre et 3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de <a class=\"ek-link\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/zero-sauce-honey-mustard-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\"><strong>sauce honey-moutarde Z\u00c9RO<\/strong>.<\/a><\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Vous pouvez maintenant servir le repas. Garnissez l&#8217;assiette de <strong>feuilles de laitue iceberg.<\/strong> Si vous souhaitez faciliter la d\u00e9gustation, coupez-la en morceaux.
