Et cette recette en est la preuve m\u00eame. La base est le boulgour, qui est une excellente source de glucides. Mais nous avons \u00e9galement ajout\u00e9 des l\u00e9gumes, de la dinde et du fromage balkanique. Cela donne un plat savoureux avec un \u00e9quilibre parfait de tous les macronutriments. Pendant ce temps, pr\u00e9parez les autres ingr\u00e9dients de la salade.\nLavez et coupez le <strong>concombre et les tomates<\/strong>. Coupez simplement les tomates cerises en deux et le concombre en petits cubes.
