Prenez un <strong>potimarron<\/strong> plus petit, coupez-le en deux et retirez la chair et les graines. Faites cuire au <strong>four pr\u00e9chauff\u00e9 \u00e0 190 \u00b0C<\/strong> pendant environ 30 minutes. Piquez-la avec une fourchette pour v\u00e9rifier si elle est tendre. Si ce n&#8217;est pas le cas, faites-la cuire encore 10 minutes. Par la suite, sortez-la du four, <strong>laissez-la refroidir,<\/strong> puis vous serez pr\u00eat(e) \u00e0 commencer \u00e0 pr\u00e9parer la pur\u00e9e elle-m\u00eame.<\/p>\nRetirez la peau du potimarron, mettez sa chair dans un bol et mixez avec un mixeur plongeant jusqu&#8217;\u00e0 obtenir une consistance cr\u00e9meuse. <strong>Prenez 100 g<\/strong> de la pur\u00e9e obtenue. C&#8217;est tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour cette recette. Conservez le reste au r\u00e9frig\u00e9rateur et utilisez-le pour une autre recette ou pour la prochaine fourn\u00e9e de Pumpkin Spice Latte.\n**M\u00e9langez la pur\u00e9e de potiron (100 g) avec
