Dans un plus petit bol, m\u00e9langez les \u0153ufs avec le lait et ajoutez le fromage r\u00e2p\u00e9. Versez le m\u00e9lange liquide dans un bol sec et m\u00e9langez bien. Le moule \u00e0 muffins peut \u00eatre l\u00e9g\u00e8rement huil\u00e9 avec de l&#8217;huile d&#8217;olive <strong>pour \u00e9viter que le jambon ne colle<\/strong>.
