Ovaj je fenomen nedavno postao viralna tema na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama pod nazivom Kortizolsko lice, poti\u010du\u0107i brojne rasprave o tome \u0161to se zapravo doga\u0111a u tijelu.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Mo\u017eda ste tako\u0111er primijetili da je oticanje obi\u010dno izra\u017eenije, posebno nakon bu\u0111enja, i da se mijenja tijekom dana. Stoji li iza toga doista hormon stresa ili je to internetski mit? Danas \u0107emo pogledati \u0161to mo\u017ee uzrokovati jutarnje zadr\u017eavanje vode u podru\u010dju lica i kako ga se rije\u0161iti.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Sto_je_tocno_kortizolsko_lice\"><\/span>\u0160to je to\u010dno kortizolsko lice? <span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n<p><strong>Kortizolsko lice<\/strong> je kolokvijalni izraz za <strong>okruglo, nate\u010deno lice<\/strong> koje je navodno uzrokovano <strong>povi\u0161enim razinama kortizola (hormona stresa). Me\u0111utim, to nije slu\u017ebena medicinska dijagnoza.  <\/strong> Ovaj je pojam nastao na dru\u0161tvenim mre\u017eama, posebno na TikToku, gdje je postao viralni trend.<\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Influenceri tvrde da <strong>kroni\u010dni stres<\/strong> dovodi do trajno povi\u0161enog kortizola, \u0161to uzrokuje tipi\u010dno \u201enapuhano\u201c lice, najuo\u010dljivije ujutro. Pitanje je, me\u0111utim: <strong>je li to stvarni ili izmi\u0161ljeni problem?<\/strong> Istina je zapravo malo slo\u017eenija.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Ideja se temelji na dva stvarna fenomena. Povi\u0161eni kortizol doista mo\u017ee dovesti do <strong>nakupljanja vode u tijelu.<\/strong> Istodobno, postoji klini\u010dko stanje koje se naziva <strong><em>mjese\u010devo lice<\/em><\/strong>, koje se javlja kod <strong>Cushingovog sindroma<\/strong> \u2013 bolesti povezane s vi\u0161kom kortizola.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Dakle, gdje zavr\u0161avaju stvarni fiziolo\u0161ki procesi, a gdje po\u010dinje internetska zbrka? Razlika le\u017ei u tome \u0161to ih uzrokuje, \u0161to \u010dini samo oticanje i koliko je stanje ozbiljno.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Mjese\u010devo lice<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Mjese\u010devo lice<\/strong> je stvarni klini\u010dki simptom poznat prvenstveno u vezi s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.niddk.nih.gov\/health-information\/endocrine-diseases\/cushings-syndrome\"><strong>Cushingovim sindromom<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 bole\u0161\u0107u kod koje su prisutne <strong>povi\u0161ene razine kortizola.<\/strong> To se doga\u0111a, na primjer, kao rezultat <strong>tumora nadbubre\u017ene \u017elijezde<\/strong> ili <strong>dugotrajne primjene kortikosteroida.<\/strong> Osobe s ovim sindromom obi\u010dno imaju okruglo lice uzrokovano prekomjernim <strong>nakupljanjem masti<\/strong>, koje je \u010dvr\u0161\u0107e na dodir. Mogu se pojaviti i drugi simptomi, kao \u0161to su <strong>bizonska grba<\/strong> (masna grba u podru\u010dju vrata), <strong>crveni obrazi, tanka ko\u017ea<\/strong> ili <strong>ljubi\u010daste strije.<\/strong> <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[11]<\/mark><\/sup> <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Kortizolsko lice<\/h3>\n\n<p><strong>Kortizolsko lice<\/strong> je neslu\u017ebeni izraz za <strong>privremeno, mekano oticanje lica uzrokovano zadr\u017eavanjem vode.<\/strong> Oticanje se obi\u010dno mijenja tijekom dana \u2013 ujutro je izra\u017eenije i postupno se smanjuje. Kod \u017eena mo\u017ee fluktuirati i tijekom menstrualnog ciklusa. Problem nastaje kada stres <strong>predugo traje.<\/strong> U takvom slu\u010daju tijelo ostaje u stanju pripravnosti i osloba\u0111a vi\u0161e kortizola nego \u0161to je zdravo.  <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Izme\u0111u ostalog, kortizol utje\u010de na to kako tijelo upravlja <strong>natrijem<\/strong> i <strong>vodom.<\/strong> Ako je njegova razina dugo visoka, mo\u017ee potaknuti nakupljanje natrija, a posljedi\u010dno i vode. <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<p>Rezultat mo\u017ee biti blago, mekano oticanje i osje\u0107aj zadr\u017eavanja vode. Prema znanstvenicima, lice je ujutro \u010desto nate\u010denije jer se teku\u0107ine prirodno <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nature.com\/articles\/s41440-024-02063-1\">premje\u0161taju<\/a> u to podru\u010dje tijekom no\u0107i. Me\u0111utim, <strong>oni nisu jedini razlog<\/strong> za\u0161to biste se ujutro mogli probuditi s nate\u010denim licem. Nekoliko \u010dimbenika obi\u010dno pridonosi ovom stanju, zajedni\u010dki utje\u010du\u0107i na to kako va\u0161e tijelo upravlja vodom tijekom no\u0107i.   <\/p>\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Kroni\u010dni stres i nedostatak sna <\/h3>\n\n<p>Kada ste dugo pod pritiskom, tijelo radi u stresnom na\u010dinu rada, \u0161to zna\u010di \u010de\u0161\u0107e povi\u0161ene razine <strong>kortizola<\/strong>. Kratak ili isprekidan san naru\u0161ava hormonalnu ravnote\u017eu, uklju\u010duju\u0107i <a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC3041709\/\">regulaciju kortizola<\/a>.
