Ta pojav je pred kratkim postal viralna tema na dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih pod imenom kortizolski obraz, kar je spro\u017eilo \u0161tevilne razprave o tem, kaj se dejansko dogaja v telesu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Morda ste tudi opazili, da je zatekanje bolj izrazito, zlasti po prebujanju, in se \u010dez dan spreminja. Ali je res za tem stresni hormon ali gre za internetni mit? Danes bomo preu\u010dili, kaj lahko povzro\u010di jutranje zadr\u017eevanje vode na obrazu in kako se ga znebiti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Kaj_tocno_je_kortizolski_obraz\"><\/span>Kaj to\u010dno je kortizolski obraz?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kortizolski obraz<\/strong> je pogovorni izraz za <strong>okrogel, otekel obraz,<\/strong> ki naj bi ga povzro\u010dala <strong>povi\u0161ana raven kortizola (stresnega hormona). Vendar to ni uradna medicinska diagnoza. <\/strong>Ta izraz je nastal na dru\u017ebenih omre\u017ejih, zlasti na TikToku, kjer je postal viralni trend.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Vplivne\u017ei trdijo, da <strong>kroni\u010dni stres<\/strong> vodi do trajno povi\u0161anega kortizola, kar povzro\u010da zna\u010dilen \u201ezabuhli\u201c obraz, ki je najbolj opazen zjutraj. Vpra\u0161anje pa je: <strong>ali gre za resni\u010den ali izmi\u0161ljen problem?<\/strong> Resnica je pravzaprav nekoliko bolj zapletena.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideja temelji na dveh resni\u010dnih pojavih. Povi\u0161an kortizol lahko resni\u010dno povzro\u010di <strong>kopi\u010denje vode v telesu.<\/strong> Hkrati obstaja klini\u010dno stanje, imenovano <strong><em>lunin obraz<\/em>,<\/strong> ki se pojavi pri <strong>Cushingovem sindromu<\/strong> \u2013 bolezni, povezani s prese\u017ekom kortizola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kje se torej kon\u010dajo resni\u010dni fiziolo\u0161ki procesi in kje se za\u010dne internetna zmeda? Lunin obraz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Lunin obraz<\/strong> je resni\u010den klini\u010dni simptom, znan predvsem v povezavi s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.niddk.nih.gov\/health-information\/endocrine-diseases\/cushings-syndrome\"><strong>Cushingovim sindromom<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 boleznijo, pri kateri so <strong>povi\u0161ane ravni kortizola.<\/strong> To se pojavi, na primer, kot posledica <strong>tumorja nadledvi\u010dne \u017eleze<\/strong> ali <strong>dolgotrajne uporabe kortikosteroidov.<\/strong> Ljudje s tem sindromom imajo obi\u010dajno okrogel obraz, ki ga povzro\u010da prekomerno <strong>kopi\u010denje ma\u0161\u010dobe,<\/strong> ki je na otip tr\u0161a. Kortizolski obraz<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Kortizolski obraz<\/strong> je neuraden izraz za <strong>za\u010dasno, mehko oteklino obraza, ki jo povzro\u010da zadr\u017eevanje vode.<\/strong> Oteklina se obi\u010dajno spreminja \u010dez dan \u2013 zjutraj je bolj izrazita in postopoma izgine. Pri \u017eenskah lahko tudi niha med menstrualnim ciklom. Problem nastane, ko stres <strong>traja predolgo.<\/strong> V takem primeru telo ostane v stanju pripravljenosti in spro\u0161\u010da ve\u010d kortizola, kot je zdravo.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Med drugim kortizol vpliva na to, kako telo upravlja z <strong>natrijem<\/strong> in <strong>vodo.<\/strong> \u010ce je njegova raven dolgo \u010dasa visoka, lahko spodbuja kopi\u010denje natrija in posledi\u010dno vode. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultat je lahko blaga, mehka oteklina in ob\u010dutek zadr\u017eevanja vode. Vendar pa <strong>nista edini razlog, <\/strong>zakaj se zjutraj zbudite z ote\u010denim obrazom. K temu stanju obi\u010dajno prispeva ve\u010d dejavnikov, ki skupaj vplivajo na to, kako va\u0161e telo upravlja z vodo pono\u010di.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">1. Kroni\u010dni stres in pomanjkanje spanja <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ko ste dolgo \u010dasa pod pritiskom, telo deluje v stresnem na\u010dinu, kar pomeni pogostej\u0161e povi\u0161ane ravni <strong>kortizola.<\/strong> \u010ce to stanje traja predolgo, lahko privede do prese\u017eka teko\u010din v tkivih. <sup><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\">[7]<\/mark><\/sup><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Pomanjkanje spanja<\/strong> deluje podobno. Kratek ali prekinjen spanec moti hormonsko ravnovesje, vklju\u010dno z <a href=\"https:\/\/pmc.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/articles\/PMC3041709\/\">uravnavanjem kortizola<\/a>.
