R\u00fchr den Teig erst mit einem Holzl\u00f6ffel um und knete ihn dann mit den H\u00e4nden, bis eine glatte, nicht mehr klebende Masse entsteht. Deck den Teig mit einem Tuch ab und <strong>lass ihn f\u00fcr 30 Minuten ruhen<\/strong>.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Schneide w\u00e4hrenddessen den <strong>Chinakohl<\/strong>, <strong>die Fr\u00fchlingszwiebeln, den Knoblauch und den Ingwer<\/strong> fein. Gib die <strong>Sojasauce<\/strong> sowie die abgetropften <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/hahnchenbrust-in-salzlake-gymbeam.html\">H\u00e4hnchenbrustfilets<\/a><\/strong> dazu und vermische alles gr\u00fcndlich mit den H\u00e4nden. Die Sauce bereitest du vor, indem du <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.de\/zero-sauce-sweet-chili-gymbeam.html\"><strong>Sweet-Chili-Sauce<\/strong><\/a> <strong>mit Sojasauce und Reisessig verr\u00fchrst.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jetzt geht es an die Dumplings. <strong>Roll den ausgeruhten Teig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che<\/strong> (nimm am besten etwas <strong>St\u00e4rke<\/strong>) sehr d\u00fcnn aus, sodass er fast durchscheinend ist. Stich mit einem Glas Kreise aus dem Teig aus und gib jeweils <strong>einen Teel\u00f6ffel der H\u00e4hnchenf\u00fcllung<\/strong> in die Mitte. Bestreich die R\u00e4nder mit etwas <strong>kaltem Wasser,<\/strong> dr\u00fcck sie fest zusammen und forme so die Dumplings. Betr\u00e4ufle die fertigen Dumplings mit etwa drei Vierteln der <strong>vorbereiteten Sauce <\/strong>und serviere sie.
