Este hormonul de stres cu adev\u0103rat \u00een spatele acesteia sau este un mit de internet? Cu toate acestea, nu este un diagnostic medical oficial. <\/strong> Acest termen a ap\u0103rut pe re\u021belele sociale, \u00een special pe TikTok, unde a devenit o tendin\u021b\u0103 viral\u0103.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Influencerii sus\u021bin c\u0103 <strong>stresul cronic<\/strong> duce la un nivel permanent crescut de cortizol, care provoac\u0103 fa\u021ba tipic\u0103 \u201eumflat\u0103\u201d, cel mai vizibil\u0103 diminea\u021ba. \u00centrebarea, \u00eens\u0103, este: <strong>este o problem\u0103 real\u0103 sau una inventat\u0103?<\/strong> Adev\u0103rul este, de fapt, pu\u021bin mai complex.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Ideea se bazeaz\u0103 pe dou\u0103 fenomene reale.
