Verknete die <strong>klebrige Masse<\/strong> per Hand zu einem glatten Teig und lass ihn f\u00fcr mindestens eine Stunde im K\u00fchlschrank ruhen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Rolle den Teig auf einer bemehlten Arbeitsfl\u00e4che d\u00fcnn aus und stich eine <strong>gerade Anzahl an Lebkuchen<\/strong> aus. Setze auf die H\u00e4lfte der Pl\u00e4tzchen einen Klecks <g id=\"gid_1\">Pflaumenmus<\/g> und decke sie mit einem zweiten Lebkuchen ab. Aus dem Teig entstehen etwa 48 fertige Lebkuchen, wobei die genaue Anzahl nat\u00fcrlich von der Gr\u00f6\u00dfe deiner Ausstechformen abh\u00e4ngt.
