Znanstvena analiza iz 2024. fokusirala se na pronala\u017eenje tog &#8220;zlatnog puta&#8221; do rasta mi\u0161i\u0107a. Pokazalo se da <span style=\"margin: 0px; padding: 0px;\">uz faktore kao \u0161to su <strong>mehani\u010dka napetost, o\u0161te\u0107enje mi\u0161i\u0107a i metaboli\u010dki stres<\/strong>, vrijeme provedeno u odmoru igra klju\u010dnu ulogu u ukupnom ishodu<\/span>. Kratke pauze (do 60 sekundi)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Ove pauze, \u010desto oko 30 sekundi, tipi\u010dne su za <strong>kru\u017ene ili <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/hiit-trening-za-sagorijevanje-masti\/\"><strong>HIIT<\/strong><\/a><strong> treninge<\/strong>. Dovode do velikog nakupljanja produkata razgradnje u mi\u0161i\u0107ima, kao \u0161to su laktat ili vodikovi ioni. To stvara <strong>sna\u017ean metaboli\u010dki stres<\/strong>. Jo\u0161 su dovoljno kratke da stvore zna\u010dajan metaboli\u010dki stres u mi\u0161i\u0107u, ali istovremeno pru\u017eaju <strong>dovoljno vremena za djelomi\u010dnu obnovu energetskih zaliha<\/strong> (ATP i kreatin fosfat) i uklanjanje nekih tvari umora. <mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/mark> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Duge pauze (2\u20135 minuta)<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Duge pauze odmora poma\u017eu <strong>gotovo potpuno napuniti baterije mi\u0161i\u0107a<\/strong>, tj. obnoviti <strong>zalihe brze energije ATP i fosfokreatina<\/strong>.<mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-orange-color\"><sup>[1]<\/sup><\/mark> Zahvaljuju\u0107i tome, sposobni ste razviti <strong>maksimalnu snagu i podi\u0107i <\/strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/online-kalkulator-1rm-maksimum-jednog-ponavljanja\/\"><strong>te\u017eu te\u017einu<\/strong><\/a> u sljede\u0107oj seriji, \u0161to je klju\u010dno za <strong>tzv. mehani\u010dku napetost, jo\u0161 jedan va\u017ean poticaj za rast mi\u0161i\u0107a<\/strong>. Tako\u0111er je po\u0161teno spomenuti da je \u0161est od devet odabranih studija provedeno na po\u010detnicima ili malo naprednim vje\u017eba\u010dima, dok su preostale tri bile na iskusnim sporta\u0161ima.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Najbolja duljina pauze izme\u0111u serija za rast mi\u0161i\u0107a <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Rezultati studije najbolje se vide na grafikonu koji uspore\u0111uje veli\u010dinu u\u010dinka pojedinih duljina pauza.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1124\" height=\"749\" src=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.hr\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image_HRBA.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-756831\" title=\"Grafikon duljine pauze\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image_HRBA.png 1124w, https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/03\/image_HRBA-400x267.png 400w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1124px) 100vw, 1124px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Ne bojte se kompliciranih naziva. Na okomitoj osi vidimo razli\u010dite duljine pauza. Ali najva\u017enija je <strong>vodoravna os koja pokazuje veli\u010dinu u\u010dinka.<\/strong> Jednostavno to zamislite kao rezultat koji nam govori koliko je odre\u0111ena duljina pauze pomogla mi\u0161i\u0107ima da rastu. <strong>\u0160to je obojeno brdo i njegov vrh vi\u0161e pomaknut udesno, to je bolji rezultat koji je pauza postigla.<\/strong>  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Jasan pobjednik vidljiv je na prvi pogled. Najbolji rezultat postigla je <strong>plavo-zelena krivulja,<\/strong> koja predstavlja <strong>srednje<\/strong> pauze u trajanju od <strong>61\u2013119 sekundi<\/strong>. Njezin vrh je najdalje udesno, \u0161to ukazuje na najve\u0107i pozitivan utjecaj na hipertrofiju mi\u0161i\u0107a. Blizu iza je zelena krivulja<strong>, duga pauza u trajanju od 120\u2013179 sekundi.<\/strong> Druge dvije kategorije, tj. <strong>kratke pauze (&lt;60 s<\/strong>) i <strong>vrlo duge (&gt;180 s)<\/strong>, bile su najdalje lijevo u analizi, \u0161to na grafikonu ukazuje na slabiji utjecaj na ukupnu hipertrofiju mi\u0161i\u0107a.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kao \u0161to autori studije raspravljaju, \u010dini se da ni prekratke ni predu\u0433\u0435 pauze nisu idealan put. Srednja duljina odmora najbolje kombinira prednosti oba svijeta: dovoljno je kratka da izazove \u017eeljeni metaboli\u010dki stres, a istovremeno dovoljno duga da obnovi energetske zalihe kako bi se odr\u017eala snaga i volumen rada. Dakle, ne morate provesti vje\u010dnost na klupi. S umjereno dugim pauzama odr\u017eat \u0107ete brz tempo i izvu\u0107i maksimum iz svog treninga za rast mi\u0161i\u0107a.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Iako studija sugerira da, sa statisti\u010dkog gledi\u0161ta, pauze du\u017ee od 90 sekundi vi\u0161e ne donose dodatni bonus u rastu mi\u0161i\u0107a za prosje\u010dnog vje\u017eba\u010da, sami autori isti\u010du u odjeljku ograni\u010denja da <strong>vrsta vje\u017ebe igra klju\u010dnu ulogu.<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Kod te\u0161kih \u010du\u010dnjeva ili mrtvih dizanja, umor (ne samo mi\u0161i\u0107ni umor, ve\u0107 i respiratorni umor) nastupa puno ranije nego kod izoliranih vje\u017ebi.
