Dat overkwam ons ook. We probeerden het te negeren, maar dat lukte niet. Het lijkt erop dat we niet in staat zijn om bananen snel genoeg op te eten, daarom bereiden we <strong>prote\u00efne repen, koekjes, muffins<\/strong> en natuurlijk, <strong>smoothies<\/strong> en dergelijke ervan. Vandaag hebben we besloten om slechts <strong>twee ingredi\u00ebnten te gebruiken om de banaanroomijs te bereiden.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Het is waar dat dit recept in eerste instantie misschien wat vreemd lijkt en dat u het misschien niet direct zult geloven. Immers, hoe kan <strong>romig ijs<\/strong> ontstaan uit slechts twee ingredi\u00ebnten? We kunnen het u bewijzen. <strong>En het zal zelfs heerlijk zijn!<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3>Voor bananenijs met slechts 2 ingredi\u00ebnten hebben we nodig:<\/h3>\n<ul><li>4 grote, rijpe bananen<\/li><li>2 eetlepels <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/nut-butters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">notenboter<\/a> (pinda, amandel of cashewnotenboter)<\/li><\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3>Bereiding:<\/h3>\n<p>Eerst, schil de bananen en snijd ze in ringen.<\/p>\nPlaats ze vervolgens op een bakplaat of in een kom en zet ze gedurende 1-2 uur in de vriezer. Mix vervolgens de bananen met een krachtige blender tot een romige en zachte massa is gevormd.\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Voeg <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/nut-butters\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">pinda- of amandelboter<\/a> toe en mix opnieuw tot een romige puree. <strong>Voil\u00e0!<\/strong>\nAll done!<\/strong> Dit heerlijke, romige ijs kan direct worden geserveerd. Als u een harder en bevroren ijs wilt, plaats het dan een paar minuten in de vriezer. Serveer met <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flavors-and-sweeteners\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">calorievrije siroop<\/a> in een populaire smaak. <\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p><strong>Tip:<\/strong> Indien gewenst, kunt u ook <strong>1-2 eetlepels melk<\/strong> toevoegen tijdens het mengen om de banaan gemakkelijker te kunnen verwerken.
