Ze bevatten alleen gezonde ingredi\u00ebnten zoals <strong>fruit, notenpasta<\/strong> en amandelmeel, die <strong>u energie geven<\/strong> en uw smaakpapillen prikkelen. <strong>Eet smakelijk!<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">We hebben nodig:<\/h3>\n<ul><li>200 g appelmoes<\/li>\n<li>40 g amandelmeel, gemaakt van <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/almonds-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">amandelen<\/a><\/li>\n<li>20 g kokosmeel<\/li>\n<li>2 eieren<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<li>1 eetlepel <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/cashew-butter-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">cashewpasta<\/a><\/li>\n<li>\u00bd theelepel bakpoeder<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd theelepel kruiden voor speculaas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bereiding:<\/h3>\n<p>We bereiden <strong>appelmassa<\/strong> door de gesneden appels te mengen en te koken. Laat de appelmassa afkoelen en meng vervolgens <strong>amandelen en kokosmeel<\/strong>, bakpoeder, kruiden voor speculoos, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/cashew-butter-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">cashewpasta,<\/a> en eierdooiers erdoor. We maken een gladde deeg van dit mengsel. We kloppen de eiwitten stijf en voegen dit toe aan het deeg.<\/p>\n\nGeef het bereide beslag in <strong>muffin vormpjes<\/strong>. Vervolgens bakken we de muffins <strong>15 minuten in een oven op 180\u00b0C.&nbsp;<\/strong> We serveren de muffins, versierd met <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flavors-and-sweeteners\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">een caloriearm&nbsp;<\/a>siroop.
