We hebben een <strong>fitnessrecept voor kokos lamingtons met eiwit bereid,<\/strong> wat een geweldige keuze is voor <strong>kerstplezier zonder schuldgevoel<\/strong> voor elke atleet.<\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredi\u00ebnten voor deeg:<\/h3>\n<ul><li>100 g volkoren speltmeel<\/li>\n<li>50 g <a title=\"Xylitol GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/xylitol-1000-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">xylitol<\/a><\/li>\n<li>30 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/protein-just-whey-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">vanille Just Whey<\/a> prote\u00efne<\/li>\n<li>60 ml melk<\/li>\n<li>60 ml water<\/li>\n<li>2 eieren<\/li>\n<li>1 theelepel bakpoeder<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ingredi\u00ebnten voor de glazuur:<\/h3>\n<ul><li>120 g bakchocolade<\/li>\n<li>100 ml gecondenseerde kokosmelk (vaste delen)<\/li>\n<li>50 g geraspte kokos<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructies:<\/h3>\n<p>Eerst <strong>bereid het deeg.<\/strong> Scheid de eiwitten van de eidooiers en klop tot stijve pieken.<\/p>\nVoeg <a title=\"Xylitol GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/xylitol-1000-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">xylitol<\/a> toe aan eidooiers en water, en <strong>klop samen tot schuim.<\/strong> Voeg vervolgens bloem, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/protein-just-whey-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">prote\u00efne<\/a>, bakpoeder, melk en <strong>toe<\/strong> tot een gladde massa.\nVoeg geleidelijk losgeklopte eiwitten toe aan het bereide mengsel en meng voorzichtig. <strong>Giet<\/strong> <strong>het deeg in een kleinere <\/strong>24 x 16 cm<strong> bakvorm<\/strong> <strong>met<\/strong> bakpapier. Plaats de bakvorm in de oven en bak op <strong>180 \u00b0C<\/strong> gedurende ongeveer <strong>15 minuten<\/strong>. Om te controleren of het deeg gaar is, gebruik een sat\u00e9prikker. Steek de prikker in het midden en deze moet er schoon uitkomen. <\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Vervolgens, <strong>bereid de glazuur.<\/strong> Voeg het vaste deel van de kokosmelk toe aan een pan en <strong>breng het aan de kook<\/strong> door voortdurend te roeren.\n<p>Ondertussen, <strong>breek de chocolade in stukken<\/strong> en plaats deze in een kom. Giet de gekookte kokosmelk bij de chocolade en <strong>laat het 2-3 minuten staan om de chocolade te smelten.<\/strong>  Tenslotte, <strong>meng<\/strong> de room <strong>grondig.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Zodra de deeg is gebakken, laat het dan afkoelen.<\/p>\n<strong>Snijd<\/strong> de koude deeg <strong>in vierkanten<\/strong> en bedek ze later met een chocoladelaag.
