Het heeft een heerlijke smaak en een laag vetgehalte, wat zeker gewaardeerd zal worden door alle liefhebbers van een gezonde levensstijl. Laten we beginnen met bakken!<\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\"><div class=\"wp-block-column\"><h3>Voor de korst hebben we nodig:<\/h3>\n<ul><li>500 g zachte halfvolle h\u00fcttenk\u00e4se<\/li><li>250 g brokkelige h\u00fcttenk\u00e4se<\/li><li>1 rijpe banaan (ongeveer&#8230;<\/li>\n120 g)<\/li><li>80 g van <a title=\"Bio Kokosnootsuiker - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-coconut-sugar-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">kokosnootsuiker<\/a> (dit kan vervangen worden door <a title=\"Flavor Drops - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/flavor-drops-30-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">Flavor Drops<\/a>)<\/li><li>40 g ongekookte papaverzaad<\/li><li>2 eieren<\/li><li>1 pakje vanille puddingpoeder<\/li><li>sap van \u00bd citroen<\/li><li>melk (alleen gebruiken als het mengsel te dik is)<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\"><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/IMG_3953-min.jpg\" alt=\"Fitness Recept - Ingredi\u00ebnten voor deeg\" title=\"Fitness Recept - Ingredi\u00ebnten voor deeg\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3>Bereidingswijze:<\/h3>\n<p>We voegen zowel <strong>zachte als klonterige h\u00fcttenk\u00e4se, banaan, <a title=\"Bio Kokosbloem - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-coconut-sugar-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">kokosbloem<\/a>, eieren, pudding en citroensap<\/a> toe aan een grote kom en mengen alles door elkaar met een staafmixer.<\/p>\nAls het <strong>mengsel te dik<\/strong> is, voeg dan wat melk toe. We <strong>verdelen<\/strong> het ontstane mengsel gelijkmatig over twee kommen. <strong>Voeg maanzaad<\/strong> toe aan \u00e9\u00e9n kom en meng goed. Bereid vervolgens een bakvorm voor met een <strong>diameter van 20 cm<\/strong>, en giet vervolgens om en om <strong>kwark en maanzaadmengsel<\/strong> erin. Dit cre\u00ebert een interessant <strong>zebra-effect<\/strong>.\nPlaats de voorbereide cheesecake in de oven en bak deze op <strong>170 \u00b0C gedurende ongeveer 50 minuten.<\/strong> Nadat deze gebakken is, <strong>laat deze volledig afkoelen<\/strong>, snijd deze in stukken en garneer met fruit.
