Zeker geen atleet of fitnessliefhebber kan hieraan weerstaan. <strong>Eet smakelijk!<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\"><div class=\"wp-block-column\"><h3>We hebben nodig:<\/h3>\n<ul><li>250 g zuivelmelk<\/li><li>120 g volkoren speltmeel<\/li><li>55 g pure, donkere chocolade<\/li><li>50 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-coconut-sugar-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">kokosbloesemsuiker<\/a><\/li><li>30 g kokos<\/li><li>25 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/protein-wpc-80-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">True Whey chocoladeprote\u00efne<\/a><\/li><li>20 g cacao<\/li><li>2 eieren<\/li><li>2 theelepels bakpoeder<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\"><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/wpstatic.gymbeam.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/mageblog\/20190113090838_IMG_7427.JPG\" alt=\"Fitness recept: Luchtige prote\u00efne muffins met kokos en chocolade\" title=\"Fitness recept: Luchtige prote\u00efne muffins met kokos en chocolade\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3>Voorbereiding:<\/h3>\n<p>Meng <strong>de droge ingredi\u00ebnten<\/strong> &#8211; speltmeel, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-coconut-sugar-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">kokosnootsuiker<\/a>, kokos, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/protein-wpc-80-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">chocoladeprote\u00efne<\/a>, cacao en bakpoeder. Voeg vervolgens <strong>de eieren<\/strong>, zure melk toe en meng alles goed door.<\/p>\nWe doen <strong>een lepel deeg<\/strong> in de papieren bakvormpjes of de siliconen muffinvorm om <strong>de vormpjes tot de helft te vullen<\/strong>. Vervolgens leggen we <strong>een stukje pure chocolade<\/strong> op het deeg en gieten we een tweede laag deeg eroverheen. De bovenkant van de muffins <strong>kan bestrooid worden<\/strong> met <strong>geraspte kokos<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Van de bovenstaande ingredi\u00ebnten vullen we 12 bakjes en bakken vervolgens de muffins gedurende <strong>20-25 minuten<\/strong> op <strong>180<\/strong> <strong>\u00b0C<\/strong>.
