Een optie zijn <strong>heerlijke bananenkoekjes, gemaakt van slechts drie ingredi\u00ebnten.<\/strong> Omdat ze geen bloem, suiker of eieren bevatten, zijn ze niet alleen heerlijk en lekker, maar zijn ze <strong>ook gezond.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>U kunt ze ook van tevoren bereiden, de dag ervoor, om ongezonde ontbijten of tussendoortjes de volgende dag te vermijden.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Voor bananenkoekjes, gemaakt met slechts 3 ingredi\u00ebnten, hebben we nodig:<\/h3>\n<p>\u2022 2 grote, rijpe bananen<br>\u2022 1\/2 kopje pure chocolade, die we in blokjes hadden gesneden <em>(we kunnen het ook vervangen door rozijnen of cranberries)<\/em><br>\u2022 1 en \u00bd kopjes havervlokken <em>(we kunnen er kokos of <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/nuts-and-seeds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">noten<\/a> aan toevoegen)<\/em><\/p>\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Deze ingredi\u00ebnten zouden voldoende moeten zijn voor ongeveer 12 koekjes.<\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Instructies:<\/h3>\n<p>1. Verwarm allereerst de oven voor tot <strong>180 tot 190 \u00b0C.<\/strong><br>2. Bereid een kleinere bakvorm voor en bekleed deze met <strong>bakpapier.<\/strong><br>3. Meng in een grotere kom twee bananen en <strong>ze<\/strong> met de andere ingredi\u00ebnten.<br>4.\nThen make smaller pannenkoekjes \u2013 &#8220;koekjes&#8221; \u2013 van dit deeg en plaats ze op een bakplaat.<br>5.
