Was ze met warm water, droog ze af, spuit ze in met een beetje <a title=\"Olive Oil Cooking Spray - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/olive-oil-cooking-spray-201-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">oliefolie<\/a>&nbsp;en plaats ze in de oven. Bak de zoete aardappelen op <strong>200 \u00b0C<\/strong> gedurende ongeveer <strong>40 minuten<\/strong>.
