Wij brengen u daar een stapje dichterbij, want we gaan samen de populairste maaltijd uit het verre Thailand bereiden: <strong>Pad Thai met kip en gember<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns\"><div class=\"wp-block-column\"><h3>Voor de bereiding hebben we nodig:<\/h3>\n<ul><li>300 g kipfilet<\/li><li>150 g brede rijstnoedels<\/li><li>120 g wortels (1 grote wortel)<\/li><li>15 g verse gember<\/li><li>3 teentjes knoflook<\/li><li>2 eieren<\/li><li>2 lente-uitjes<\/li><li>zout<\/li><li>zwarte peperpoeder<\/li><li><a title=\"Olive Oil Cooking Spray - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/olive-oil-cooking-spray-201-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">olijfolie<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"wp-block-column\"><h3>Voor de saus hebben we nodig:<\/h3>\n<ul><li>25 ml vissoja<\/li><li>15 g <a title=\"Bio Kokosbloem - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-coconut-sugar-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">kokosbloem<\/a><\/li><li>1 theelepel sojasaus<\/li><li>het sap van 1 limoen<\/li><\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3>Voor de garnering hebben we nodig:<\/h3>\n<ul><li>geroosterde <a title=\"Cashewnoten - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/cashew-nuts-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\">cashewnoten<\/a><\/li><li>verse koriander<\/li><li>voorjaarsui<\/li><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3>Voorbereiding:<\/h3>\n<p>Allereerst, giet een liter heet water (niet kokend) <strong>over de rijstnoedels<\/strong> en laat ze ongeveer <strong>10 minuten<\/strong> weken. Ondertussen, bereid de overige ingredi\u00ebnten voor. Begin met <strong>het zeer fijn hakken van de ui, gember en knoflook<\/strong>. Begin met een lichte aanbak van de <strong>gember, knoflook en ui<\/strong> in een beetje <a title=\"Olive Oil Cooking Spray - GymBeam\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/olive-oil-cooking-spray-201-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>olijfolie<\/strong>.<\/a> Ga verder met het toevoegen van de <strong>wortel, kipfilet<\/strong> en een beetje zout en zwarte peper.<\/p>\nFry het allemaal samen, met af en toe een roerbeweging, en <strong>indien nodig<\/strong>, voeg een <strong>scheutje water<\/strong> toe. Zodra het vlees gaar is en de wortel zachter, voeg dan de gekookte rijstnoedels toe en roer alles goed door.
