Snijd ondertussen de <strong>abrikozen in plakjes<\/strong>, versier de bovenkant van de cake ermee en bestrooi met kokos.\n<strong>Druk de abrikozen voorzichtig aan<\/strong> zodat ze gedeeltelijk in de deeg zinken.
