Het is&nbsp;<strong>snel te bereiden, ziet er fantastisch uit<\/strong>&nbsp;en&nbsp;<strong>over de smaak zouden we wel gedichten kunnen schrijven!<\/strong>&nbsp;Laten we eraan beginnen!<\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul><li>300 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/instant-oats-1000-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">instant havermoutpap<\/a>&nbsp;met chocoladesmaak (of zonder smaak).<\/li><\/ul>\n<li>100 g gemalen rauwe <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/cashew-nuts-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">cashewnoten<\/a> of andere <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/nuts-and-seeds\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">noten<\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>80 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/agave-syrup-350-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">agave siroop<\/a><\/li>\n<li>70 ml water<\/li>\n<li>1 kleinere, gepureerde banaan (80 g)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><br>Ingredi\u00ebnten voor de eerste laag:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul><li>600 ml water<\/li>\n<li>30 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/protein-soy-isolate-1000-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">prote\u00efne, soja-isolaat<\/a>&nbsp;met vanillesmaak (of andere&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/protein\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">prote\u00efne<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>25 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/chia-seeds-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">chiazaad<\/a><\/li>\n<li>1 theelepel <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/agar-30-g-wolfberry.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">agar<\/a> (of andere gelatine)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten voor de tweede laag:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul><li>300 g aardbeien<\/li>\n<li>300 ml water<\/li>\n<li>1 theelepel <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/agar-30-g-wolfberry.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">agar<\/a> (of andere gelatine)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Voorbereiding:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Bereid <strong>een ronde bakvorm voor,<\/strong> die we insprayen met <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/coconut-oil-spray-201-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>kokosolie spray<\/strong><\/a> om te voorkomen dat deeg aan de rand van de bakvorm blijft plakken.<\/p>\nIn de kom mengen: <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/instant-oats-1000-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>havermout,<\/strong><\/a><strong> gecruste <\/strong><a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/nuts-and-seeds\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>noten,<\/strong><\/a> <a aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/agave-syrup-350-ml-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>agave siroop,<\/strong><\/a><strong> water en banaan.<\/strong> Meng tot een **zacht deeg.\n<\/strong>Doe deeg in de voorbereide cakevorm en <strong>druk het gelijkmatig op de bodem.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nu <strong>beginnen we met de voorbereiding van de eerste laag.<\/strong>\n<\/strong>Voordat u begint, <strong>meng<\/strong> <a aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/protein-soy-isolate-1000-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>prote\u00efne<\/strong><\/a><strong> grondig met 400 ml water.<\/a> Voeg vervolgens <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/chia-seeds-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><\/strong>chiazaad**<\/a> toe aan de prote\u00efne en meng alles goed.\nBereid een kleine pan met <strong>200 ml water<\/strong> en breng dit aan de <strong>kook<\/strong>. Voeg vervolgens <strong>agar<\/strong> toe, meng en <strong>stop<\/strong> wanneer <strong>er bubbels beginnen te ontstaan<\/strong>. Meng dit met het <strong>prote\u00efne mengsel<\/strong> en <strong>giet het op de voorbereide basis<\/strong>. Plaats deze basis in de koelkast <strong>gedurende 10 minuten om af te koelen.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Terwijl de cake afkoelt, bereid <strong>de<\/strong> <strong>2e laag<\/strong> voor.\nMix aardbeien met 1<strong>00 ml water<\/strong>&nbsp;en breng de&nbsp;<strong>overgebleven 200 ml water opnieuw aan de kook<\/strong>&nbsp;aan, voeg&nbsp;<strong>agar toe en meng<\/strong>&nbsp;totdat er bubbels beginnen te ontstaan, en stop dan.
