Naast een smakelijke ervaring, <strong>ondersteunt u ook het immuunsysteem van uw lichaam.<\/strong> Waar wachten we nog op? <strong>Laten we beginnen!<\/strong><\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul><li><p>300 g <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/cashew-nuts-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">cashewnoten<\/a><\/p><\/li>\n<li>400 ml water<\/li>\n<li><p>6-7 <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/probioten-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">ProbioTen<\/a> capsules<\/p><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Voorbereiding:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>Allereerst, <strong>week<\/strong> <strong>de<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/cashew-nuts-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>cashewnoten<\/strong><\/a> in warm water gedurende ongeveer <strong>3 &#8211; 4 uur.<\/strong> Vervolgens <strong>wassen<\/strong> we ze en mengen we ze met water.\nPour<\/strong> de inhoud van de <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/probioten-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>probiotische<\/strong><\/a> capsules in de mengsel en<strong> meng alles<\/strong> nogmaals.
