En er zijn slechts twee redenen waarom we ze zo graag eten. Vandaag hebben we <strong>pasta met de populaire Alfredo saus bereid, in een onconventionele veganistische versie<\/strong>. We wassen de bloemkool, <strong>snijden deze in stukken<\/strong> en <strong>bakken deze kort mee met <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/cashew-nuts-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">cashewnoten<\/a> in <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/oils\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opens in a new tab)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">olijfolie<\/a><\/strong> in een grotere pan.\nThen <strong>giet water over de bloemkool<\/strong> (zodat de hele bloemkool ondergedompeld is) en <strong>kook tot deze zacht is<\/strong> (ongeveer 25 minuten). Wanneer de bloemkool zacht is, <strong>giet het water in een kom<\/strong>. Voeg de <strong>geschild en geroosterde knoflook<\/strong> toe aan de bloemkool en <strong>mix alles samen<\/strong>.\nGradueel <strong>water toevoegen, waarin bloemkool is gekookt,<\/strong> om de <strong>gewenste consistentie van de saus<\/strong> te bereiken. Breng de saus op smaak met <strong>voedingsgist, zout, gemalen zwarte peper en een beetje citroensap<\/strong>. Tot slot bereiden we onze favoriete pasta en <strong>serveren we deze met saus, erwten en peterselie<\/strong>.
