never happen that we would be able to live completely without it.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">However, it is necessary to distinguish what kind of stress we regularly encounter.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"3\">When it comes to the short-term stress that a person feels when trying to pass an exam or during an interview in front of their future employer, this condition can even help to focus and perform better.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"4\">However, this doesn&#8217;t apply to long-term chronic stress, which damages mental and physical health and can even be life-threatening.<\/span>&nbsp;<span therefore explain <strong>what exactly happens in our body<\/strong> when we are stressed, <strong>how stress manifests itself, what consequences it can have<\/strong> and what can be done to <strong>reduce<\/strong> negative stress <strong>as much as possible<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 begins with <strong>a so-called<\/strong><\/span><strong> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">stressor or trigger.<\/span><\/strong> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">This can be, for example, a sad memory, a specific life event or pain.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"3\">The phenomenon, which then takes place in the body, <strong>begins in the behavioural inhibition system<\/strong>, certain parts of which are responsible for the reaction and behaviour.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"4\">In cooperation with the brain&#8217;s memory bank, it will then <strong>evaluate the degree of danger of this situation.<\/strong><\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"5\">If our body begins to consider the situation threatening, the <strong>alarm phase<\/strong> will be initiated.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"6\">Gradually, noradrenaline activates the sympathetic part of the autonomic nervous system, which affects adrenal medulla.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"7\">It then begins to <strong>release adrenaline and noradrenaline into the bloodstream.<\/strong><\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"8\">Most body cells contain receptors on which both adrenaline and noradrenaline act, causing known symptoms of stress to manifest themselves.<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">Their short-term effect is beneficial, but long-term increase can <strong>lead to damage to the body<\/strong>, such as loss of muscle mass, impaired glucose metabolism, <strong>weakened immune system<\/strong>, loss of neurons, faster brain cell death or tumour growth.<\/span>&nbsp;<span class=\"tadv-color\" style=\"color: #ff6600;\">[2]<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong problems<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>changes in appetite<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>loss of libido<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>nervousness<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>frequent occurrence of the disease<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>reduced self-confidence<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"0\" data-rich-text-format-boundary=\"true\">So we know that long-term stress is definitely not something we want to have in our lives.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"1\">But it&#8217;s very easy to say: &#8220;Get rid of stress.&#8221; But how do you do that?<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">In today&#8217;s article, we will try to give you some tips that <strong>could help you at least minimize stress to a tolerable level<\/strong> that won&#8217;t have a negative impact on the body.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"3\">Let&#8217;s take a look at them.<\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"2\">This is evident, for example, from the results of a study in which researchers focused on 682 recreational athletes.<\/span> <span class=\"JLqJ4b ChMk0b\" data-language-for-alternatives=\"en\" data-language-to-translate-into=\"sk\" data-phrase-index=\"3\">They found that people, who followed general exercise recommendations, felt <strong>less anxiety and stress in their lives, and enjoyed improved overall quality of life.<\/strong><\/span>&nbsp;<span Then schedule these partial tasks into individual days so that you can be sure that you can handle everything without any problems and you <strong>won&#8217;t have to chase deadlines at the last minute.<\/strong> Thanks to this system, you don&#8217;t have to be stressed that you can&#8217;t catch up, so eventually the individual tasks will be easier for you to complete.
