Het zal uw maag minder zwaar belasten en <strong>het zal net zo lekker smaken.<\/strong> Bent u er klaar voor?<\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Ingredi\u00ebnten:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<ul><li>600 g aardappelen<\/li><li>2 wortels (200 g)<\/li><li>75 g gedopte\/bevroren erwten<\/li><li>75 g ingeblikte ma\u00efs<\/li><li>3 eieren<\/li><li>4 stuks augurken (medium formaat)<\/li><li>250-350 g volle, magere yoghurt<\/li><li>augurk<\/li><li>zout en gemalen zwarte peper naar smaak<\/li><li>mosterd naar smaak<\/li><\/ul>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3><strong>Instructies:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Was de aardappelen<\/strong> en <strong>schil de wortelen<\/strong> in zout water <strong>tot ze gaar zijn.<\/strong> Zodra de aardappelen zijn afgekoeld, <strong>schil<\/strong> ze en <strong>snijd<\/strong> ze in blokjes met een aardappelcutter. Snijd de gekookte <strong>wortelen en augurken<\/strong> in <strong>kleine blokjes<\/strong> en voeg ze samen met <strong>de aardappelen<\/strong> toe aan een grote kom.
