Voeg vervolgens&nbsp;<strong>kippenbouillon<\/strong>&nbsp;toe,&nbsp;<strong>dek het af<\/strong>&nbsp;met een deksel, en&nbsp;<strong>laat het sudderen gedurende ongeveer 10-15 minuten<\/strong>.\nNadat dat, <strong>maak de kippendijen met een vork of een blender fijn tot kleine stukjes.<\/strong> Meng deze stukjes met <strong>tomatenpuree, geperste knoflook, sojasaus en limoensap in de pan<\/strong>, en <strong>laat het geheel even samen sudderen.<\/strong> Als de <strong>kip er droog uitziet<\/strong>, <strong>voeg dan een kleine hoeveelheid bouillon toe.<\/strong>\nNow laten we<strong>&nbsp;de wraps vullen<\/strong>&nbsp;\u2013&nbsp;<strong>verwarm<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>de wrap even op de pan<\/strong>, smeer deze met&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.nl\/blog\/?p=755040\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">hummus<\/a>, een yoghurt dressing, of je favoriete&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/sauces\">calorievrije saus<\/a>,<\/strong>&nbsp;en voeg baby spinazie,<strong>&nbsp;stukjes avocado, en gegrilde kip<\/strong>&nbsp;toe.\nNu is het tijd om de wrap&nbsp;<strong>op te vouwen.<\/strong>&nbsp;<strong>Serveer<\/strong>&nbsp;de wraps&nbsp;<strong>nog warm<\/strong>.
