Ze trainde hen als sporters, wat hun prestaties verbeterde, en <strong>daarnaast gaf ze lezingen over voeding.<\/strong> Ze gebruikte <strong>voor- en na-foto&#8217;s<\/strong> om hun voortgang te volgen. Vervolgens deelde ze deze op haar nieuw aangemaakte Instagram-account, die ze in augustus 2012 speciaal voor dit doel had aangemaakt.<\/p>\nOp deze manier heeft ze in slechts enkele maanden <strong>honderdduizenden volgers<\/strong> veroverd die graag met Kayla Itsines zouden willen samenwerken. Ze deelt tips voor gezonde maaltijden, onder andere, op haar Instagram-profiel, waar ze aan het begin van 2021 ongeveer <strong>12,5 miljoen volgers<\/strong> had.<\/p>\nKayla staat er ook om bekend <strong>geen alcohol te drinken.<\/strong> Verrassend genoeg is dit niet vanwege het hoge <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.nl\/blog\/where-are-liquid-calories-hidden-and-how-do-these-empty-calories-prevent-you-from-losing-weight\/\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"caloriegehalte (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">caloriegehalte<\/a>, maar vanwege het overlijden van een dierbare als gevolg van alcoholvergiftiging.\nZe realiseert zich dat voeding meer is dan alleen brandstof voor het lichaam, en ze hecht waarde aan de kwaliteit ervan. Ze gelooft in een evenwichtig dieet en is geen voorstander van het uitsluiten van hele groepen voedingsmiddelen, tenzij dit om gezondheidsredenen noodzakelijk is.\n\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading is-style-default\">Hoe ziet een dag eten van Kayla Itsines eruit?<\/h3>\n<ul><li>Als ze <strong>ontbijt thuis<\/strong> eet, dan eet ze meestal <strong>veel seizoensgroenten en twee boterhammen<\/strong>. Haar <strong>favoriete koffie<\/strong> mag natuurlijk niet ontbreken.
