En dat is zeker het geval bij het bekende <strong>recept voor Elephant Tear<\/strong>, waar we <strong>gezondere alternatieven voor veelgebruikte ingredi\u00ebnten<\/strong> hebben gebruikt. Bovendien ziet dit dessert <strong>er prachtig uit<\/strong> en is de <strong>heerlijke smaak<\/strong> <strong>onbetaalbaar<\/strong>. Meng het opgeklopte <strong>schuim<\/strong> beetje bij beetje met een houten lepel door het mengsel. Giet het afgewerkte deeg op een bakplaat bekleed met bakpapier en bak het op <strong>160 \u00b0C gedurende 10 minuten.<\/strong> Wanneer het deeg klaar is, laat het dan afkoelen. Na <strong>ongeveer 10 minuten<\/strong> keer je het deeg om.\nBereid een schone <strong>doek<\/strong> voor en <strong>rol deze op<\/strong> over de lengte. Plaats deze vervolgens in het midden van de deeg en vouw de deeg, zodat u de vorm van <strong>een traan<\/strong> cre\u00ebert. Laat de deeg in deze vorm <strong>volledig afkoelen<\/strong>. <\/p>\n<div style=\"height:20px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n<p>Ondertussen, bereid de cr\u00e8me. Kook <strong>de pudding<\/strong> met <strong>250 ml melk<\/strong> en laat deze na het koken afkoelen.\nBereid <strong><a aria-label=\"walnoten (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/walnoten-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">walnoten<\/a><\/strong> voor en <strong>snijd<\/strong> ze in kleine stukjes.\nVoeg <strong>ricotta, kwark, <a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/protein-just-whey-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">prote\u00efne<\/a> en <a aria-label=\"erythritol (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/erythritol-1000-g-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">erythritol<\/a><\/strong> toe aan de afgekoelde pudding.\nFinally, voeg de gehakte <strong>noten<\/strong> toe. Open het afgekoelde deeg lichtjes en verdeel <strong>de helft van de room<\/strong> over de bodem. Plaats vervolgens hele <strong>bananen<\/strong> op de onderste laag room en <strong>bedek<\/strong> <strong>met de andere helft van de room.<\/strong> Plaats het deeg <strong>terug in de vorm van een traan<\/strong>. De laatste stap is het glazuur.\n<strong>Smelt <a aria-label=\"kokosolie (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-rbd-coconut-oil-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">kokosolie<\/a> met <a aria-label=\"chocolade (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/chocolates\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">chocolade<\/a><\/a> in een bain-marie. Giet de glazuur over de cake en verdeel het gelijkmatig.\nPlaats het dessert <strong>&#8216;s nachts in de koelkast<\/strong> om het harder te laten worden. De volgende dag, snijd het en serveer het.
