Maar mocht je nog twijfelen, dan moet je weten dat zelfs iemand zonder kookervaring dit <strong>eenvoudige en snelle recept<\/strong> kan bereiden.&nbsp; Een traditionele Italiaanse delicatesse, maar dan in een fitnessversie met <strong>een<\/strong> <strong>hoog eiwitgehalte,<\/strong> in vergelijking met normale pasta.
