Spoel daarna het water af en <strong>kook<\/strong> de quinoa tot deze bijna gaar is.<\/p>\nVoeg vervolgens <strong>melk<\/strong> toe en laat de quinoa <strong>stomen<\/strong>. Ondertussen <strong>maak de banaan<\/strong> fijn met een vork en <strong>voeg<\/strong> deze toe aan de quinoa.\nVervolgens voegt u <strong><a aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/bio-cocoa-powder-vanavita.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">cacao<\/a><\/strong> en <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.com\/protein-just-whey-gymbeam.html\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\">prote\u00efne<\/a><\/strong>, toe, meng alles goed en haal het van het vuur.
