Dat was niet altijd zo. Wist u dat Alexandra Bring ook een succesvol <strong>fitnessmodel<\/strong> was?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze prachtige vrouw werd geboren op 26 maart 1990 in Zweden. Ze begon echter pas in 2012 de aandacht van het publiek te trekken, en dat had te maken met haar transformatie. Het heeft me jaren gekost om mijn zelfvertrouwen op te bouwen. Toch zijn er ook dagen waarop ik aan mezelf twijfel en me gestrest voel omdat ik het gevoel heb niet genoeg te doen\u201d,<\/em> aldus Bring tijdens haar fitnessreis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Voeding_en_trainingsschema_van_Alexandra_Bring\"><\/span>Voeding en trainingsschema van Alexandra Bring<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Naarmate het aantal volgers groeide, ontstonden er nieuwe zakelijke mogelijkheden voor Alexandra. Een daarvan is bijvoorbeeld <strong>haar kledingcollectie, genaamd Bring Sportswear,<\/strong> die vooral bedoeld is voor tijdens het sporten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hoe zag het trainingsschema van Bring er precies uit? Tijdens haar sportieve hoogtepunt ging ze<strong> 5 keer per week<\/strong> naar de sportschool en combineerde ze <a aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.nl\/blog\/how-to-create-a-proper-training-program-for-home-workouts\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>trainingen voor de boven- en onderkant van het lichaam<\/strong><\/a>. Ze begon met complexe oefeningen met losse gewichten en eindigde met isolatie-oefeningen op machines. Ze deed slechts af en toe aan <strong>cardio<\/strong>, omdat ze daar niet zo\u2019n fan van was. Wat betreft haar dieet, had Alexandra geen vast dieet. Ze volgde voornamelijk <a aria-label=\" (opent in een nieuw tabblad)\" href=\"https:\/\/gymbeam.nl\/blog\/iifym-flexible-diet-that-would-help-to-achieve-your-goals\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" class=\"ek-link\"><strong>de principes van IIFYM<\/strong><\/a> en tegelijkertijd de <strong>80\/20-regel<\/strong>, waarbij slechts 20% van haar dieet bestond uit minder geschikte, sterk bewerkte voedingsmiddelen die rijk zijn aan suiker en vet. In 2018 kreeg ze haar eerste dochter, Lou, en in 2020 haar tweede dochter, Tula. Het is dan ook niet verwonderlijk dat deze <strong>jonge dames al haar aandacht opeisen<\/strong>, wat ook samenhangt met de verandering in de inhoud die ze deelt. <strong>Foto&#8217;s uit de sportschool werden vervangen door foto&#8217;s van kinderen<\/strong> en alledaagse ervaringen van een fulltime moeder.
